SPARX!
A Theatre in Education Production.
After careful consideration the WMATF and partners will not be providing any further performances of SPARX in the West Midlands region in 2008. We want to publicly offer our gratitude and thanks to Zip Theatre, Wolverhampton for their superb performances over the last three years and offer our special thanks to Jon Lingard-lane for writing the play.
The 3 year tour reached a total audience of 25,000 with audiences from school year 5 to year 12. The play highlighted the dangerous consequences of arson through a dramatic one hour live performance.
The WMATF will be continuing the work of Theatre in Education with the Arson About tour and will consider further performances of SPARX for future years.
