We are now providing these forms for you to record your Fire Risk Assessments in order to assist you to comply with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. You will require Adobe Acrobat version 7 or higher to write and save your completed risk assessment. WMATF are clearly not endorsing any assessment by providing these forms they are simply provided to assist you in recording your results. We recommend you to keep a copy of your assessment off site as evidence of your compliance.
